About Kuta Royal Villa
Villa Jaya located in the popular fully secured Kuta Royal Complex offer spacious accommodation in a tropical relaxed atmosphere. This perfect holiday retreat is close to Kuta’s famous surfing beach, countless restaurants, Kuta Square, shops, markets and Waterbom Park. The villa sleeps up to 8 people, ideal for families, groups of friends or couples wishing for a quiet relaxing holiday.
The villa has a caretaker on site and a house keeper who services the Villa daily.
Airport transfers can be arranged as well as day tours with our friendly driver.
There is also 24 hour security at the entrance to Kuta Royal Estate

This spacious 2 storey villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & additional toilet & vanity. Air conditioning throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen including microwave. 3 TV’s, 3 DVD players, 1 stereo.

Wonderful Villa with everything you could ask for right at your fingertips or just a phone call away. Rooms were spacious and the pool was a winner. Shopping was quite close and Sukri and Ani did a great job making us feel welcome.

Airport Transfers
$30.00 AUD per car
Our friendly & reliable staff will meet you at the terminal door as you arrive in Bali. Your private transfer will have you at the villa in under 10 minutes where a cold refreshing beverage will be waiting. The return transfer to the airport on your departure day is included in this price.
One way transfers, and transfers from other parts of the island are available on request. Please contact us if you are looking to transfer to or from a different location.

Day trips & sightseeing tours are available as well as visits to shopping centres & supermarkets to
suit your needs. We can assist with recommendations for the best activities and ways to spend your
time in Bali.

Fantastic villa,the owner Judy was very good to deal with and the staff….Sukri and anni have been amazing,they keep the villa looking beautiful and have been extremely helpful in so many ways.
We love to stay in these villas because they are away from the hustle and bustle but it only takes a 15 minute stroll before we are drinking Bintang at Simpsons bar on Kuta beach.
I would recommend this Villa to everyone.
Kuta Villa Jaya
Myself and three friends stayed in this Villa and were wowed by the size and spaciousness. The rooms were large with plenty of wardrobe space and the en suites were very neat and well kept. The location of the Villa is great because it is away from the main street of Kuta but still close enough that it is only a short walk away. We had great access to restaurants and also a café which delivered to the Villa. In summary it was a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend for any large groups or families travelling to this area.
